2019-02-18 937

In the past one or two years, the industrial robotics industry has entered an explosive growth period. How to use robots to solve manufacturing difficulties and upgrade to "smart manufacturing"? Where is the dilemma? The countdown of robot replacement is officially opened. In Dongguan, China, by the beautiful Songshan Lake, a robot industry base aiming at "world-class" is speeding up.

Recently, the preparation office of Songshan Lake International Institute of Robot Cooperative Innovation, which is the core part of the base, has been officially listed. A number of enterprises holding the core technology of robot manufacturing have been stationed. The head of the base is Professor Li Zexiang, the leader of the global robotics industry and director of the Automation Center of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. "The domestic robotics industry has just started, and we will develop differently with other robotics industry bases. Due to the huge scale of 3C industry in Dongguan and Pearl River Delta, such as computer, communication and consumer electronics, the base will first develop robots for 3C industry. Li Zexiang said. Luo Baihui, vice president of Dongguan Robot Technology Association, said that all kinds of robotic industry bases in the Pearl River Delta are showing a trend of blooming everywhere. Last year, Guangdong Province of China issued the Outline of Guangdong Province's Informatization Development Plan (2013-2020). Intelligent equipment, such as industrial robots, is the key direction of development. Since last year, from the level of Guangdong Province to manufacturing cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Foshan, all of them have launched corresponding new policies for the development of robotics industry according to their respective industrial plans, forming their own ideas and practices.
